Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the launch of the key projects - monetization project and a platform for drivers.
• Coordinate communication campaigns with the central team in Europe in order to convert professional drivers to the platform.
• Establish strategic partnerships.
• Build effective communication with European legal team. Be an advocate of the product and run educational and promotional campaigns in Russia to explain its value.
• Analyze customers' experience to help improve the quality of the service. Report on the project's progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, communicative and motivational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow tight deadlines. Work experience in multicultural environment.
• Capability to find new ways to improve the product.
• Fluent level of English and Russian.
