The largest sporting goods retailer in the world is looking for a new Tech Leader advisor for E-commerce and platform projects.
Responsibilities:
- Advise product owners on technical solutions.
- Lead projects by working with others developers and product owners in an Agile model.
- Lead projects by working with outsourced developers teams.
- Review technical specifications.
- Planning sprint and releases.
- Help to improve performance, review, modify and refine solutions within and outside of the team to enhance performance metrics and standards.
- Prioritize projects based on Sport Users needs and value.
- Solve challenging problems.
Skills:
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong management/communication skills.
- Have experience with Agile method.
- Be able to explain simply technical decisions to non-expert.
- Be proactive and innovative.
Requirements:
- Senior Java developer.
- Tech Leader (2 years).
- Be able to create dev environment.
- Strong knowledge in API (creation, management).
- Database management.
- Knowledge server management and architecture.
- Intermediate English.
- Experienced builder of responsive, sexy and highly functional web solutions using HTML 5, JS, Angular, React.
