American multinational technology company is looking for Interactive Manager.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience working for a multinational (preferably consumer driven) company.
- Preferably 5-8 years experience in similar roles for complex marketing organizations, with demonstrated ability to set goals and deliver results on schedule.
- Proven technical project management experience.
- Demonstrate clear & proactive written and verbal communication skills and general management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical business groups across the company.
- Possess related technical skills as a seasoned & experienced digital professional with thorough understanding of back-end web coding & infrastructure.
- Understands the features of coding capabilities with HTML and CSS. (hands-on experience preferred).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred.
- Experience and proficiency in working on both Mac and PC platforms preferred.
- Must be a results-oriented individual, capable of multi-tasking with a cross-functional team.
Description:
- Spearhead new product launches as related to company's sites and eDM communications (in-geo or offsite launch workshops).
- Flexible enough to act as a team leader or an individual contributor depending on project needs.
- Manage relationships with global counterparts, regularly informing WW on category project status.
- Manage interactive project resources and production timelines; identify critical path/dependencies to drive project forward and ensure quality execution and implementation.
- Support internal clients in various updates and promotions.
- Suggest or provide solutions for improving the web and DM localization process by closely working with designated agency.
- Act as geo liaison for interactive infrastructure related programs including CMS, translation software, web development, etc.
- Plan and adapt launch and lifecycle eDM cadences, as they apply to specific market needs.
- Provide usability insights and click path optimization recommendations based on strong understanding of consumer online behavior patterns as they relate to corporate sites.
- Interactive Producer will be required to work closely with a number of multi-disciplined teams across the organization and the web vendor.
Additional Requirements:
- The position requires substantial years of experience in web project management and team management.
- Interactive agency experience is preferred.
- Extensive travel required California (USA). Up to 4 weeks per quarter.
